Project Description
JBA provided Construction Management & Bid Management for the construction of various street and drainage improvements to eliminate major ponding/runoff issues for the La Quinta Golf Estates Homeowner’s Association (HOA) in the City of La Quinta, CA. The project included the addition of new Maxwells (drywells) for the capture and infiltration of street runoff.
As part of its services, JBA prepared all Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) and Bid Packages, scheduling, accounting, and reports, performed inspections, managed all contractors, coordinated all contractor and agency meetings, and saw the project through to completion.
