JBA provided Construction Management & Bid Management for the construction of a 4.42-acre church parking lot expansion and associated drainage improvements for Trinity Church in the City of Redlands, CA. JBA worked closely with the Church’s Pastor and with the project’s grading, paving, and lighting contractors to provide services in a timely manner for the church.

As part of its services, JBA prepared all Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) and Bid Packages, scheduling, accounting, and reports, performed inspections, managed all contractors, coordinated all contractor and agency meetings, and saw the project through to completion. Because of the project’s steep topography and other restrictions, close attention was paid to ADA requirements and street access.
