Project Description
JBA provided Construction Management & Bid Management for the construction of a 31,500 square foot commercial site addition/expansion for Jenco Productions in the City of San Bernardino, CA. The project also included the reconstruction of a commercial building that had been demolished due to fire damage.
As part of its services, JBA prepared all Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) and Bid Packages, scheduling, accounting, and reports, performed inspections, managed all contractors, coordinated all contractor and agency meetings, and saw the project through to completion.
