  Forensic Engineering

Overview

Our experience, technical skills and capacities allow our firm to investigate failures.

Forensic Engineering is the practice of applying the science of engineering to some legal circumstance. These engineers investigate and report on accidents or failures. A Forensic Engineer may be called on to act as an expert witness, providing testimony in front of a jury. The Forensic engineer must have technical competency in his specialty, as well as knowledge of legal procedures. The FE must be able to apply detective skills to different circumstances and be able to relate his findings to a judge, jury or lawyers.

Joseph S.C. Bonadiman, P.E., is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of California, Nevada and Colorado. Mr. Bonadiman's vast experience in all matters of civil engineering, construction and land development enable him to be a competent and thorough investigator. He has worked on hundreds of cases and, if called on, can relate that material in a clear and concise manner to a jury.
