JBA provided all on-site and applicable offsite
improvements plans for the development
of the 169-lot Tract 12712 residential
subdivision (four phases) in the city of
Victorville, CA. These plans included
grading, street, wall, water, sewer, storm drain
improvements, and striping plans.
In addition, JBA provided topographic and
boundary surveying services and construction
staking for all improvements throughout the
construction phase of the project. The project
also involved the design of significant flood
control channel and associated culverts. |
