JBA provided all on-site and applicable offsite
improvements plans for the development
of the 59-lot Tract 22743 residential hillside
subdivision (Mockingbird Canyon Estates) in
Riverside County, CA. These plans included
grading, street, water, sewer, and storm drain
improvements.
In addition, JBA provided topographic and
boundary surveying services and construction
staking for all improvements throughout the
construction phase of the project. The hillside
topography of the project site presented unique
grading, street, and utilities design challenges. |
