JBA provided all survey and design engineering services for a 17-acre shopping center and movie theatre development in Apple Valley, CA. Services included the preparation of all grading, parking lot, street improvement, water, wastewater (including a sewer lift station), and storm drain improvement plans, and all entitlements.
In addition, JBA prepared the hydrology/hydraulics study, Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP), and Storm Water Pollution & Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the project. JBA also provided construction staking for all improvements. |
