JBA provided all project management,
survey and design engineering services for
the construction of the K-Mart Distribution
Center in Ontario, CA. Services included
the preparation of all grading, parking lot,
utility, street, and storm drain improvement
plans. This is one of two K-Mart projects
completed by the firm.
In addition, JBA prepared the hydrology/
hydraulics study, Water Quality Management
Plan (WQMP), and Storm Water Pollution &
Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the project.
JBA also provided construction staking for all
improvements. |
