JBA provided Construction Management & Bid Management for the construction of a 14,000 square foot commercial parking lot addition and associated drainage improvements for the existing Lena Road Partners commercial site in the City of San Bernardino, CA (note that JBA also performed Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Land Surveying for the original building/site construction).
As part of its services, JBA prepared all Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) and Bid Packages, scheduling, accounting, and reports, performed inspections, managed all contractors, coordinated all contractor and agency meetings, and saw the project through to completion. |
