JBA was retained by NRG to prepare Civil Engineering plans and specifications and a Preliminary Drainage Study for a 440 AC Solar Generating Station in Dona Ana County, NM. The project is to utilize technologies created by eSolar, Inc.
As part of its services, JBA also prepared various planning-related exhibits, applications, and documents, and provided support to NRG throughout the project. |
